Legalizing Crowdfunding for Equity. What is your opinion?
There are currently three bills sitting in the Senate that would allow every American to make a small investment in exciting start-ups. This is currently only legal for the very wealthy and also limits the capital options available to entrepreneurs. If this bill passes Congress, then you would be able to raise money for your start-up (or support one) on sites like HelpersUnite.com.
