Here's How Our Event Tickets Work

What happens if the event venue or date is changed?

If the event changes, the Creator of the event must post an update to the event page. This will also trigger an alert email to any attendees.

How do I post tickets for a multiple-day event?

Through our interface, you can set up ticket types for each date and ticket level. For example, if you have an event taking place on Friday and Saturday and each date has both VIP and general admission tickets available, you'll create four ticket types: Friday VIP, Friday General Admission, Saturday VIP, and Saturday General Admission.

It's easy to sell online tickets through HelpersUnite.

Here's our process for helping you create an event quickly.

  1. Create an event page complete with photos, videos and personal messaging. You can create multiple ticket types for VIPs or special seating.
  2. Promote your event by sharing your unique event page with your friends and supporters.
  3. Hold your event. Your guests receive electronic tickets and our tools help you track current and final ticket sales for each event. You'll be able to check in each ticketed guest via barcode scan, mobile device QR-code or guest list.
How long can events be listed?

Events can be listed for up to six months in advance of the event.

How are event tickets delivered?

Tickets can be printed directly from the HelpersUnite.com website. We'll also send out a confirmation email with the full ticketing information to all attendees.

If the event changes, the Creator of the event must post an update to the event page. This will also trigger an alert email to any attendees. If the event is cancelled, attendees will be eligible for a refund.

What are the fees for posting events?

It's free to post your event. For each ticket sold we charge $0.75 per ticket plus fees totaling 7% which include all credit card processing fees, charity disbursement fees and our administrative fee.

How do I designate a charity to benefit from my event?

You can select a charity when creating your event.  If you cannot find a specific charity, contact us at campaigns@helpersunite.com‬.
