I'm am seeking funding for demo CD to be used for promotional purposes. I'm a crooner/jazz singer and I've written over 20 songs that I can include in a demo, but I have a solid 8 songs. I want the demo to have a quality that could be sold as well. I already have a studio that I can use and a small combo that would be available to work with me. Of course the ultimate goal is to get gigs based on this demo and also eventually record a full CD.
Funds will cover studio time at a state-of-the art facility in Los Angeles, CA as well as musicians’ fees. It will also cover the costs of charts for the original pieces, as well as CD replication fees, graphic design services and packaging. We hope to use the CD to secure future gigs and create additional awareness. We are grateful and appreciative for any and all contributions to this project. Partial funding would allow us to book a studio, while full funding would guarantee our ultimate goal of 8 songs, including new material. Many thanks for your time and consideration.
